Patternier is a small company that designs, creates and produces textiles that are considered art pieces. As a small company, we are unable to process returns at this time, but we do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. In order to complete an exchange, we kindly require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The quality of our products is essential to us. Each item is thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If there is suspected fault in the item, we will review case-by-case within a 28-day period from shipping. Please email operations@patternier.design for all exchange requests.
Made To Order Policy:
With made-to-order pieces please allow up to 4 weeks before your item is shipped.
Please note that all made to order items are unique, and therefore may vary slightly. The picture on the website is meant to serve as a visual representation. We work tirelessly to ensure continuity and consistency among our products displayed and those provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All art, patterns, and fabric are owned by Patternier LLC
